In order to register your child for Leapfrog please send a booking form via email and confirm your place with a bank transfer of £100. You will receive an email from our business manager to confirm your place. Following this, you will receive a phone call from the nursery manager to book your induction with one of our team. On starting nursery, you receive £40 back from your original bank transfer. The £100 is non-refundable should you not take up the place.

To begin your journey at Leapfrog, start by booking a tour at as many settings as you would like. The manager will show you around the nursery and answer your questions. Please bring your child with you. The best way to secure your place is to complete your booking form with the manager, your child can then start nursery as soon as the next day.

During the induction you will be asked to complete all personal details on our Famly platform. We will complete a profile to understand every detail of your child's personality, language, development and likes. Following this, the manager will plan a bespoke settling in programme which can be anything from 30 minutes a day, to one hour, to a whole session straight away. The plan is to settle your child as securely and quickly as possible.
